Today marks the first day in 6+ years that I am wearing a different jacket. The final straw for the old one is a detached pocket that leads change, wallet, loose bills, and pens to end up wandering aimlessly among the innards of the jacket.
The new model is similar - brown leather - yet contains even more pockets for Weird Things yet to be collected. It has been decided that Weird Things from the previous jacket (including Mr Maroo's bouncy ball, a vial of Alaskan pipeline oil, a screwdriver, a parking ticket of Mr Group's from 2003, and several packets of Taco Bell Mild Sauce) will not be transferred, and new Harpo items must be collected in the future.
As an aside for those curious: no, neither hat is even close to being retired.
